Tommy, yes you've learned 2 key lessons. First, always try to keep your camera on a tripod. Even if you're using an iPhone, get one of the tripod mounts for it. Second, having a even, well lit green is critical. It makes your key so much easier. Yes, you can adjust the tolerance, but your edges are sharper if it's well lit top to bottom.

David, I still use ScreenFlow. It's a bit more feature rich over Camtasia:Mac. For example, I use Export Regions in ScreenFlow all the time to export just portions of my project. I also make use of ScreenFlow's transitions. But this Remove a Color feature in Camtasia is indeed Killer.

Scott, this is KILLER video.

Mindmeister in the background and you speaking in the foreground. That's just killer!

I use screenflow and YES, I wished they had a chromakey option. I tested out Camtasia for MAC when I converted to MAC last year and it was buggy so I went to screenflow. Now you're making me wish I hadn't. LOL

Here are my first two efforts using my new green screen & Camtasia's new "Remove a Color" feature. Two things I've learned already: screen must be well & evenly lit, and camera needs to be on a tripod and perfectly still. ;-)

You bet Muhammad. Just remember, like when you're with a friend, be real and natural. Let your passion and compassion come thru to the viewer. You may not connect with everyone, but I bet you'll end up connecting with your BEST viewers.

Let me know how it goes.

Scott, I agree. Xshot is an awesome product. I use it all the time in my video marketing efforts. It's super easy to whip out the extender, screw it onto the case and start shooting. I take it with me everywhere I go. Vacations. Seminars. Meetings. I always find a great reason to use it. And it's cheap! (they need to raise the price).

I created a demo myself of the xshot along with another method I use for creating simple online videos on my blog.

Muhammad, I always imagine a friend on the other side of the camera. I find this to be relaxing and that it yields a much more conversational style of delivery. I think that's the key. We want our video to be "conversational" and not a presentation. Imagine a friend or significant other at the camera and I think your videos will have a different feel to them.

Kary, yes this older review demonstrated several different mics. When I do most of my videos these days, I'm using the Sony <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001I1SZRK/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=skillc-20&linkCode=as2&camp=217145&creative=399373&creativeASIN=B001I1SZRK" rel="nofollow">UWP-V1</a> [aff] wireless microphone. This isn't an inexpensive solution though.

I think you can get away with using less expensive lav mics or even a decent shotgun mic. I'd encourage you to try a few and see what works best for your videos. Just make sure wherever you buy them has a decent return policy. I like Amazon myself.

I used this code snippet. Change the src URL to point to your .swf file location and it should work.

ARGH! I can't seem to embed the code without the comments embedding the quiz again. On the web page, view the code source file. There's a string in page source that starts with "<object" Copy that and change the src URL to use your .swf file instead. See if that works for you.
