Having come from the corporate world myself, I can say that traditional motivators don’t work. Dan Pink provides the scientific proof. What does work though? Dan believes it’s Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose.
I encourage you to take your passion, your years of mastery, and your freedom, to package what you know together to help make a difference.
I totaly agree with Dan , that rewards doesn’t pay, and that today business world depends on the one interest to progress and achieving the success depends on one’s drive.
Added to this For AsiAN Business world, people are very much in the box and out of the box, as for me, I work on drive and instinct to motivate my candidates to adapt westener method of performance with easterners value to seek success at work.
